i think it was value for money. had a very enjoyable 1 night-stay from the moment i checked-in. good and unbeatable location very close to the other cafe's for a perfect breakfast, and other bars and restaurants, i felt safe. the room was generous sized, stocked and had separate lounge and coffee. fully equipped bathroom was nice sized. the entire staff were hospitable.

It was surely a lovely stay for two nights we had previously stayed before. Everything was good, including efficient staff and brilliant location on the Shore. We really enjoyed convenient placing of an ironing set, an electronic key card and coffee/tea making equipment in the king suite.

I like the very comfortable room. My room was perfectly suited for a single coming to Edinburgh for business. Maybe can be small for familly trips. The rrom was tidy. The bar is well furbished. And the personel is very dedicated to serving you. The system made my check out impossible at midnight so the night did it for me during my sleep with the card number given at check in and slipt the note below my door during my sleep so I could leave at 4 to catch my plane. This was brilliant!
The breakfast room is a a bit small.

During our Stay we upgraded our room to a Suite which was a large Modern room with HIgh Ceilings and heaps of Natural Light. The furniture, Decor and Bathroom were all very comfortable. The Breakfast was sensational too.
The Gym was smaller than expected and was not as shown in the photos.

Drink in the bar was at too expensive and the rooms were tiny, the wardrobe was dirty at the bottom!
